“I am passionate about translating the ever-changing science of nutrition into simple and meaningful information so patients can achieve optimal health without feeling deprived. I have learned that nutrition is completely individualized and that it is not a one-size-fits-all approach.”

Lisa is a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Connecticut and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and graduated from the University of St. Joseph with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Nutrition at the University of St. Joseph.

Lisa has provided evidence-based medical nutrition therapy counseling for a variety of chronic conditions for patients in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community health care centers. She supports her patients with an individualized holistic approach while educating them about ways they can incorporate sustainable lifestyle changes in order to achieve their goals.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time at the ocean with her husband, two children, and mini-goldendoodle.
